I had a craving for McDonalds chicken nuggets for a few days but didn’t fancy it so made these for Friday dinner one night after work, a really quick and easy way of making a big bowl of chicken nuggets to dip in tomato ketchup and much more fresher tasting than McDonalds.

Chicken Nuggets

  • Prep Time: 10 mins / Cooking Time: 20 mins
  • Persons: 4
  • Ingredients
  • 500g chicken breast diced
  • 4 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 300g breadcrumbs
  1. Instructions
  2. Preheat the over to 180degrees / gas mark 5
  3. Make separate bowls with the flour, egg and breadcrumbs and dip the chicken pieces in each of them in that order
  4. Put the chicken pieces onto a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes turning half way through
