I had a craving for McDonalds chicken nuggets for a few days but didn’t fancy it so made these for Friday dinner one night after work, a really quick and easy way of making a big bowl of chicken nuggets to dip in tomato ketchup and much more fresher tasting than McDonalds.
How to make them
Chicken Nuggets
- Prep Time: 10 mins / Cooking Time: 20 mins
- Persons: 4
- Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast diced
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 300g breadcrumbs
- Instructions
- Preheat the over to 180degrees / gas mark 5
- Make separate bowls with the flour, egg and breadcrumbs and dip the chicken pieces in each of them in that order
- Put the chicken pieces onto a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes turning half way through
